WHO WE ARE ?

With the noble vision of producing a global standard skilled workforce to meet local industry needs and to export human talents globally, BAELS started its journey in 1992 in DHAKA.

SEAF, a US-based investment advisor and a global fund manager manages the IFC (a World Bank Group) fund for SMEs in emerging markets and is a financing partner of LCBS Dhaka.

From its inception, BAELS Dhaka has been working to promote the belief that it is not just education & skill but “Quality education & Applicable skills” that we need to cater to materialize our vision.
